I have found no major indicators that he is scamming. ( This does not prove 100% conclusively that he isn't )
His market history includes multiple items that one could use in conjunction with carriers.
During my questioning with him he displayed little or no heuristical traits of intentional deception.
At this point. Based on what I have seen, if he is intentionally scamming he would be doing a significantly above average job of concealing it.
2,160,181,814 ISK (balance+stock+escrow; cached) Is his estimated worth.

I am sure your vcode was 9 digits, in numerical order from 1 through 9. For the record, I got to your mails 8 hours after you sent them, even had they not been rediculous.
